I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the dining experience I had at your restaurant last [Date]. I had high hopes for a pleasant meal, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a rather disappointing one. 😒

Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted by a hostess who seemed disinterested and distracted. It took her a while to seat us, and even then, we had to wait for several minutes before a server came to take our order.
